
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Basic Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the e-shop (hereinafter the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter the "Buyer").
The sale of goods is conducted through the online portal at www.keepthemreal.com.
The Buyer may be either a consumer (natural person) or a business entity.

2. Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by sending an email to the Buyer. Until this confirmation is sent, the order is not binding for the Seller.
The Buyer confirms the binding order (with an obligation to pay) by clicking on the confirmation button, e.g., "Order with obligation to pay."
3. Information for All Customers
3.1 Seller’s Authorization and Supervisory Authorities
The Seller is a limited liability company (s.r.o.) duly registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the competent Registry Court under the business name KTR s.r.o., Company ID 09286888, with registered office at Jana Zajíce 160/34, Bubeneč (Prague 7), 170 00 Prague.
The Seller is authorized to conduct business within the scope of its registered business activities under applicable Czech laws.
3.2 Supervisory Authorities
The Commercial Register and courts supervise the company’s legal status and proper functioning.
The Trade Licensing Office supervises compliance with trade licensing conditions if the Seller holds the relevant trade licenses.
The Office for Personal Data Protection supervises compliance with personal data protection rules (GDPR).
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) supervises compliance with consumer protection legislation, in particular Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, and other laws related to sales and distribution of goods.
3.2.1 Cooperation with Authorities
The Seller undertakes to fully cooperate with the relevant supervisory and control authorities by providing required information and complying with all measures arising from their recommendations or decisions in accordance with applicable law.
3.3 Product Images
All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly correspond to the actual product.
3.4 Goods, Prices, and Costs
A description of the goods including their main features is available on our website.
Prices include VAT and all statutory fees.
3.5 Payment and Delivery Terms
Detailed information about available payment methods and delivery options is provided during the order process or on our website. Goods will be delivered via a carrier chosen by the Buyer from options offered.
3.6 Binding Nature of the Order
The order becomes binding upon submission by clicking the button "ORDER AND PAY" in our e-shop. Before submitting, the Buyer has the option to review, modify, or change the order. Detailed ordering instructions can be found in Section "Ordering Process" of these Terms.
3.7 Rights and Obligations Regarding Defective Performance
3.7.1 Legal Framework
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties related to defective performance are governed by applicable legal regulations, specifically Sections §§ 1914 to 1925, §§ 2099 to 2117, and §§ 2161 to 2174 of the Czech Civil Code.
3.7.2 Complaints Policy

4. Price and Payment Terms
Prices listed in the e-shop are final, including VAT and other fees unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
Payment methods include: online card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, cryptocurrency transfer, and others.
5. Delivery Terms
Goods will be delivered to the Buyer's address specified in the order or may be collected personally at an agreed place.
The delivery period is usually within [e.g., 5 working days] from order confirmation.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping companies).
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal must be in writing (recommended email or letter).
Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, including all accessories.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
The Seller will refund payment within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice and the returned goods.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation (GDPR).
Data are used only for order processing, invoicing, marketing (with Buyer’s consent), and fulfilling legal obligations.
The Buyer has the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of their data.

8. Dispute Resolution
The Buyer is entitled to refer disputes to out-of-court bodies, e.g., the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
Disputes may also be resolved via online dispute resolution platforms.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, always with prior notification to the Buyer.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Definition of Force Majeure
For the purposes of these Terms, force majeure means any event or circumstance beyond the Seller’s control that prevents the Seller from fulfilling its obligations and which could not have been reasonably foreseen, prevented, or overcome in time. Typical events include natural disasters (fire, explosion, floods, earthquakes), terrorist attacks, war, strikes, or other unforeseeable events including those related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Such events lie beyond the control of any party to the contract.
10.2 Exclusion of Liability
During the occurrence of force majeure, the Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations arising from the purchase contract or these Terms.
11. Validity and Effectiveness
These Terms are valid and effective from September 31, 2025.
